Amir Reza Mamdoohi

Dr. Mamdoohi is an associate professor at the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Tarbiat Modares University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the Sharif University of Technology in 2005. His research interests primarily focus on transportation planning and management, demand forecasting, behavioral modeling, and discrete choice models. He has published articles and conducted research in areas such as autonomous vehicles, Logistics village location, and the analysis of pedestrians' behavior. He has received many awards and honors including Research realm nominee, Tarbiat Modares University, 2022, and Distinguished Researcher, Publishing in the top decile of journals (JCR), Tarbiat Modares University, 2021. He has been active in various national and international research projects such as Sustainable Urban Mobility Research in Central Asia (SUMRICA).
