The Urban and Environmental Dynamics Group [DUA.lab], takes a multidisciplinary view on the topics its trainings and research, exploring integrated approaches that aim to achieve actual and advanced strategies for the problems and challenges that the built environment causes to the daily lives of populations.

The research areas developed by the Group are framed in the research lines existing at CIAUD, with the general aim being to contribute with innovative knowledge in the areas: architecture, environment, human sciences, communication, design, and urban and regional planning.
